Sunday Times Where Was I? competition

The prize:

The winner and guest will stay for two nights, B&B, in a Super Spacious room at the Maltings, in Weybourne on the north Norfolk coast. A member of the Chestnut Group, the hotel opened last summer after a three-year restoration and has 28 bedrooms in its Main House, flint cottages and stables. The style is off-the-cuff but upmarket, with deep beds, an earth-toned colour scheme and lots of books. The library also has a record player and blues and jazz on vinyl.

Pride of place, though, goes to the highly rated Grain Store restaurant, where dishes include lobster Wellington and a vegan tagine. One three-course dinner and one set-menu lunch (both for two and excluding drinks) are included in the prize.

The prize must be taken before March 31, 2026, subject to availability and excluding December 20 to January 2 and February 14.

Travel to and from the Maltings is not included.

The prize cannot be transferred and there is no cash alternative.

Additional extras (drinks, room service etc) are to be paid for.
