I switched my account to First Direct and received my £175 incentive but FD states the £25 voucher is sent via martin lewis but I’ve had nothing from Martin lewis by EMAP or from
FD what should I do

Has your MSE Blagged voucher or cashback not arrived?

If your voucher hasn’t arrived, contact us at voucherhelp@moneysavingexpert.com and please include your full name, order date, order reference & email you signed up with. We’ll pass these on to the relevant company to sort but do check the T&Cs first to ensure you're due the voucher now.

If you switched via MSE then you should have had an email with a link to complete the switch via Gift Cloud. That email suggests it could take up to 120 days after switch actually completed to get the Amazon £25 reward
