    I've just browsed through the T&C for Centauro and can't find anything in there about how they deal with late collection.  However, their T&C does state that they (the T&C) only apply to rentals direct with Centauro and that other rules may apply to bookings through a 3rd party.
    It would seem that the OP will have to deal with AutoEurope, not Centauro.
    Both companies have high ratings on Which.
