ACROSS DAYTIME PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

 

Who can enter:

 

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the competition period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, companies within the ITV group of companies, STV Group PLC or are an immediate family member of the same (including any live-in partner); and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw.

 

Opening/closing date & time:

 

●    Prize Draw in relation to the This Morning, Good Morning Britain, Lorraine and Loose Women programmes (the “Programme”) opens for entries via PRTS, SMS, post, via the Programme app (the “App”) and online via (i) via the QR code showing during the on screen promotion (to be redirected to www.itv.com/win) in relation to Good Morning Britain only (“QR Code”)  or (ii) the www.itv.com/win or www.stv.tv/win websites (“Website”) on Friday 22 August 2025.
●    Prize Draw closes for entries via PRTS, SMS and online at 3pm on Friday 29 August 2025. 
●    Prize Draw closes for entries via post at 2pm on Thursday 4 September 2025.

 

Winner selection & contact:

 

●    The draw will take place within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries. 
●    Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.
●    The Programme’s producers may call the winner once or multiple times live on-air on Good Morning Britain, Lorraine, This Morning and/or Loose Women, at their own discretion, within one (1) week of the closing date and time of the Prize Draw however, please note that any public announcement made regarding the winner is pending verification unless otherwise stated and should not be considered final confirmation.
●    By entering the Prize Draw, you confirm that you consent to the Programme’s production team phoning you live on-air on the Programme and for your name, general location, and details of the prize that you have won to be announced in the Programme, on the Website, on social media platforms and/or elsewhere at the Promoter’s and/or Programme producers’ discretion. This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers. Each call costs £2.00 plus your network access charge.

 

•    SMS text – send an SMS text with the keyword WIN, WINNER OR APP to 62525; up to 
fifteen (15) paid entries per phone number. Entrants who send a second SMS text entry using the same mobile number by the closing date and time will receive a third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). For each subsequent entry from the same mobile number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers. A single entry costs £2.00. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time, and other offers and discounts (e.g discount credits) maybe applied or available, as stated on the Website. By entering online, you will also receive one (1) ticket to participate in the “Winsday” Prize Draw for every one (1) paid entry (provided you have not reached the cap of six (6) paid entries for that week’s Winsday draw).

Each Winsday Prize Draw opens at 1.00 a.m each Wednesday and closes at 12:59 a.m the following Wednesday. The ticket generated from entering this Prize Draw will be automatically entered into Winsday draw that is live at the time of your entry. Where you opt to enter through one of the promoted paid entry routes, ITV must have received evidence of payment of any costs (as notified to ITV by the applicable payment provider) relating to the entry (as set out in the on screen promotion and these terms and conditions) by the time that ITV conducts the winner selection in accordance with the Winner Selection & Contact section above. Any entry that does not meet this criterion will be incomplete, invalid and ineligible to win the prize.

Prize:

 

The Prize consists of £30,000 (thirty thousand pounds), and a holiday to Universal Orlando Resort including flights.

 

(i)     Thirty thousand pounds cash (£30,000)

 

This element of the prize is thirty thousand pounds (£30,000) cash made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant only.

 

(ii)    A holiday to Universal Orlando Resort

 

This element of the prize consists of an eight (8) day, seven (7) night trip for the winner and up to three (3) companions to Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida. This includes seven (7) nights standard hotel accommodation (one room with quadruple occupancy, room and tax only) at Universal Terra Luna Resort or at another Universal Orlando Resort hotel (as determined by Universal Orlando in its sole discretion). This element of the prize includes non-exclusive ground transportation to and from the airport and hotel in Orlando, Florida; and Universal Orlando 3 Park Explorer PLUS 1-Day Universal Epic Universe Tickets (or equivalent ticket type if traveling in 2026) for admission to Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure theme parks, Universal Volcano Bay water theme park, plus one (1) day admission to Universal Epic Universe, for the winner and their companions.

 

This prize also includes four (4) round-trip flight tickets from London Gatwick to Orlando, Florida operated by Norse Atlantic Airways, flying in Norse Premium.

 

The winner will be contacted by the Prize Provider of the flights and holiday within 28 days of the Prize Provider receiving their contact details from the Promoter to organise acceptance of the prize.

 

If the winner elects to partake in any or all portions of their prize with fewer than the allotted number of companions or no companions, this element of the prize will be awarded to the winner and each participating companion and any remainder of the prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation.

The prize must be taken by 12 September 2026 or the prize will be forfeited by the winner.

 

The prize must be booked at least sixty (60) days prior to the intended departure date. Dates shall be subject to availability.

 

The flights shall be subject to availability and the following blackout dates: 30 October 2025 – 3 November 2025, and 26 March 2026 – 31 March 2026.

 

All elements of the prize must be redeemed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted after confirmation of any redemption.

 

Where the winner is between the age of eighteen (18) and twenty-one (21) years old, the winner must be accompanied by an adult who is at least twenty-one (21) years old in order to check into the hotel. Where any of the winner’s guests are aged under eighteen (18) years old, the guest must be the child or legal ward of the winner or one (1) of the winner’s guests who is over the age of eighteen (18) as of the date of departure and must travel on the same itinerary and at the same time as the winner.  

 

The prize consists only of the elements expressly set forth above; no other elements or expenses (including, without limitation, insurance, meals, unspecified ground transportation, phone calls, baggage, gratuities, incidentals, souvenirs, gasoline, etc.) are included in the prize and all such expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner.

 

The winner is responsible for any air travel taxes and/or expenses, including applicable departure taxes or fees, inspection charges, baggage fees, and security charges.

 

The winner and the companions are all responsible for obtaining, at their own expense, any necessary travel documentation (i.e. valid photo identification, visas, passports, etc.) prior to travel and travel arrangements must be made through Universal Orlando.

 

In connection with any visit to Universal Orlando Resort, please be advised that Universal’s policies, CDC guidelines, and the recommendations of health officials must be followed. In addition, guests should be aware of and comply with government guidelines regarding travel restrictions and mandatory quarantines before visiting any Universal destination. Please note that any public location where people are present provides an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19, and Universal cannot guarantee that any person will not be exposed during a visit.

 

The winner agrees, that Universal shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions, by performers or events that are included in the prize, if any, or by any air carriers or other transportation companies, hotels or other persons providing any travel or event related services or accommodations to passengers, including any changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same to the extent the same are beyond Universal’s reasonable control. Nor shall Universal be liable for any loss or damage to baggage or property, or for injury, illness or death, or for any damages or claims whatsoever arising from loss, negligence or delay due to the act, error or negligence of any person not in their employ.

 

The winner acknowledges and agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action against Universal arising out of or connected with the use of the prize elements being supplied by Universal for use in the United States shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and by applying the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws provisions therein, and shall solely and exclusively brought in federal or state courts within the County of Orange, State of Florida, USA; and (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to costs which are directly related to taking up the Prize and which are reasonably foreseeable at the time of taking up the prize, but in no event to include attorneys’ fees.

 

Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.

 

The winner and their companions must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to the United States of America, including but not limited to making a timely application for receipt of ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) authorization under the Visa Waiver Program. With effect from 1 April 2016, travellers to the USA under the Visa Waiver Program must hold a passport with an integrated chip. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip.  It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) organise and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling party, (ii) ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured including without limitation covering overseas medical costs, and (iii) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the prize provider. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the both the prize provider of the flights and Universal holiday of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

 

It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and/or their companion(s) adhere to the visa entry requirements to the United States of America.  It is the responsibility of the winner to adhere to the local laws in United States of America, including but not limited to the legal age limit for buying, drinking and possessing alcoholic beverages which is 21 years or over.

 

The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to positively amend the prize during the Prize Draw period by either: (i) increasing the amount of a cash prize; and/or (ii) offering additional prize(s).
