DCB LTD Notice of debt recovery

Dear Forum Members
I have received a letter today from DCBL to collect an outstanding balance on behalf of G24 Ltd. This refers to an unpaid parking charge dated from May. The problem is there has never been a ticket issued. This is the first I’ve heard of it and whilst it is theoretically possible that some sort of contravention may even have occurred, there was certainly no ticket on the car at any point that I have ignored.

I have no idea what to do and I’m worried about getting in contact with them in case this causes further complications or problems. Hoping someone can advise me.

worry not ...... please have a read of the newbies thread where it will tell you to ignore debt crawlers .... they have no powers over you ... ..... do not ignore LBC or LOC letters from ( in this case) DCB Legal3

DCB LTD and DCBL Legal are one of the same, just the desk opposite
If DCBLEGAL decide to issue a court claim, you will find they make no mention of debt collection but call it DAMAGES ? Same amount but claiming something which is fake. Therefore confusing you and the court and the question is WHAT DAMAGES.
DCBLEGAL are well known to the courts because the fake claims are discontinued

To date, 643 claims discontinued. These are timewasters using the courts as a public convenience
DAMAGES v DEBT COLLECTION.
What is it DCBL ??
