Hi everyone
apologies if this is similar to another thread, I’m just never sure if it’s the same across companies. I submitted the appeal from the newbies thread and received the below response. Should it also be ignored unless any claim is filed?

Ignore it and wait for a cancellation or popla code, or name the driver if its another person and you want to transfer liability to them ( throwing them under the bus )
But if you as keeper were also the driver, you cannot transfer liability2
