Maybe the OSNER staff are brainwashed, working for a money scammer.
The biggest fools to be brainwashed by OSNER is the BPA and the the IPC.
It is the BPA who have caused this mega problem of FAKE CHARGES yet they are not man enough to adnit it.  

If the BPA cannot cull their fakers members, government should look at replacing both ATA's with non fakers
