View only banking access for account holder, full access for PoA?

My mother in law has been the victim of a banking impersonation scam, with crooks managing to gain access to her bank account and stealing half her cash before fraud detection kicked in and blocked any more attempts. Mercifully it sounds like the bank will be returning what has been lost.
My MIL only had online access so that we could assist her through probate of my FIL and sort out bills and stuff. She herself only wants to be able to view her account so she can be happy she can afford bills and shopping - however we're in the process of setting up PoA.
Do any banks offer an account setup whereby someone holding PoA can have full access to the account online/app, and the main account holder just has view access? That way, if she's targeted again, they wouldn't be able to get anything from her - no matter what they convince her to do.

Barclays Bank seem to have three different types of login
One involves a pin sentry and with that you can do everything including paying new payees and transferring large amounts
however you can also login with a passcode and memorable word which allows you to view your accounts, pay existing payees and transfer money between your own accounts but does not allow you to set up a new payee or transfer large amounts
maybe if you opened one of these and kept the pin sentry away from your mother - she could log on using the passcode and memorable word and do the things mentioned above0 -
Yes. I have POA access via telephone and internet banking for my elderly father with both Santander and HSBC.
Which bank does your mother hold accounts?0 -
Its Barclays. She's like to be able to use online to be able to see bills being paid and money coming in - but always asks us to make payments or pay in cheques on her behalf. We're not interested in phone banking - I left that back in the 2000s
. I'd like to set up properly rather than be sharing logins which could invalidate any future need to claim if fraud were to hit her again.
