    can anyone help? My husband has just received a parking notice for jump rush Morecambe morec( free 3 hrs parking) entered entrre10:41:59 left 13:44:59 3 minutes ! Taking into consideration loading a pram,baby, 5 & 9 year old & 3 other adults surely this is not lawful/ correct? I want to appeal it but no idea how where etc.Tried to ring jump rush but it puts you through to an answer machine that gives you an email address but of cause it's not written anywhere by the time you've got pen & paper it's dropped the call..Really appreciate any help
