CCJ, low credit score, 50%deposit wanting a mortgage

Hello everybody, first time posting!! Looking for some advice!
Been renting with partner for 3 years, managed to save a 50% deposit for a house, joint income £90.000 PA

Partner has great credit score, mine pretty poor, getting back on track but 1 CCJ on my file added last year as a result of previous marriage.

Both full time nurses, what are our chances of a mortgage?

Thanks everybody

So there was a court judgement against you and you failed to pay it within a month? Why if you've got savings?

Assuming you didnt pay within the month what's the status of it now? Settled or Outstanding?

I'll give you a credit score of 845. It has about as much impact as the one you see which is only visible by yourself and the credit reference agency. It's a made up number and has no bearing on anything.
The report is the important part which lenders will look at, including your CCJ.
