CCJ, low credit score, 50%deposit wanting a mortgage

Hello everybody, first time posting!! Looking for some advice!
Been renting with partner for 3 years, managed to save a 50% deposit for a house, joint income £90.000 PA
Partner has great credit score, mine pretty poor, getting back on track but 1 CCJ on my file added last year as a result of previous marriage.
Both full time nurses, what are our chances of a mortgage?
Thanks everybody

Thanks everybodyI'll give you a credit score of 845. It has about as much impact as the one you see which is only visible by yourself and the credit reference agency. It's a made up number and has no bearing on anything. The report is the important part which lenders will look at, including your CCJ.0 -
You haven't said how much you are wanting to borrow just your income/deposit, providing its not unrealistic with your income you will get a mortgage IMO its just how much you are going to pay for it. I went through a broker (CLS Money, they charge a fortune) for mine we are just about to complete. I am paying them £2k for the luxury of finding me the mortgage and the interest is high but I am paying for my previously poorly managed money sins. Try find somewhere and apply, if you start getting rejected don't keep going, contact a specialist broker for poor credit history etc. Keep working on your credit and look to remortgage in 1/2 years when your in a better position...Good luck xLBM Aug 25 - CC £14912 Other £19180
CC1 - £2963 - now £2818.23
