End of tenancy - "fair wear and tear"

Partner and I have recently moved out of our rental. We have been there for 4 years and feel we have cared for and maintained the property well. Handover is tomorrow. We have deep cleaned.
Landlord has done a pre-cursory check and sent us the following message:
Carpet spot stains I can sort. Marks on walls - magic sponge eraser. The staining on the kitchen ceiling is from our Sage oven/airfryer- not sure this will come out but I will do my best.
Please can someone clarify whether any of these issues would be classed as fair wear and tear - if they are not addressed to the landlord's satisfaction. I'm worried about our deposit. Where do we legally stand on this?
As a side note, we left an expensive tall wooden shelving rack in the lounge cupboard which we were going to collect today. This has mysteriously disappeared and on asking the landlord, he denies seeing it. Only other people in the house were the landlord's father, his wife and their daughter (we were not present). Not much we can do, but I'm kind of in disbelief about the situation.

"During a quick walkthrough the house, we spotted a few things that still need some attention but these may already be in hand: some spot carpet stains on the stairs and bedrooms, marks on the walls and ceiling and I also noticed some staining in the left corner of the kitchen ceiling above the cupboards. Not sure what would cause it though but you may need to use some degreaser. We used scrubbable paint throughout so you won’t take the paint off wiping them down."

Stains and marks are cleaning issues, they are not wear and tear.Random bits of furniture left after you have checked out would be assumed to be unwanted rubbish unless you have made specific arrangements to collect later. You don't generally get to go back after the keys have been handed over.0

Sounds reasonable to me, I would expect someone to clean marks off the ceiling if they made them using an air fryer, and the paint was scrubbable. The missing rack I don't know what to say on that one, I suppose I'd ask the landlord who has been in property as you are goint to report theft to the police and see what they say.Mr Generous - Landlord for more than 10 years. Sounds reasonable.
When does your tenancy actually end? Tomorrow? If so then no one should have been entering and taking your wall unit as you'd have until tomorrow to put right anything that needed sorting.
I'd push them a bit harder on the wall unit and mention contacting the police as it's theft if the tenancy still stands.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')

Was the property decorated in the 4 years you have been Tenants?
If not, I would suggest that anything that is marked paint (only) is wear and tear as the LL will need to decorate (at least due a decoration) before reletting.
The furniture you left should still be there if the property is still yours until tomorrow.
What was the LL doing entering the property before the tenancy ended?
