Philips shavers/Amazon good repair service

Bought a Philips shaver via Amazon for Xmas present.
One of the heads fell off ( piece of plastic holding it in broke off)
Requested repair via Amazon. Very easy process
.Royal Mail arrived two days later to pick up the box from home.
Ten days later brand new shaver delivered.
I think it probably helped that Philips have their own Amazon shop, and I did not buy it from some obscure source.

I too had excellent service from Amazon and Phillips due to broken bit and later on battery not holding charge.
