Santander Everyday Long Term Balance Transfer Credit Card

Hi Everyone,
I've recently opened a Santander Everyday Long Term Balance Transfer Credit Card. I'm just wondering if anyone knows how long the balance transfer window is on this card. I've been reading my paperwork to see if it states it; however, it does not mention a specific timeframe.
The only thing my paperwork says is:
"We charge 3.45% of the amount of each balance transfer you make during the introductory period (minimum £5). Once the introductory period stops, we’ll charge 3% of the amount of each balance transfer you make going forward (minimum £5)."
From this wording, I would assume that there is no time limit, so I am confused as to why I can not see an option to transfer another balance on my app or online banking website.

I would take screen shots of the site as it is now but the wording indicates you can transfer as long as you want during the card (albeit for ever decreasing periods)Front page:0% interest on balance transfers for 31 months (3.45% balance transfer fee applies, min £5)Key Facts:
Balance transfers
0% on balance transfers for 31 months starting from the day you open the account
However I have had the card since April and there is no option on my account to do another BT so your mileage may varySam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
