UKPC debt collection advice

Hi, I got a PCN on 16.5.25. I argued as a blue badge holder it did not need to be displayed. I heard nothing. Today I received a debt collection letter and I have to pay £140! Any advice is appreciated.

Ignore the powerless debt collectors letters,  post 4 in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum

Meanwhile , Try to get the landowner or managing agents or landlord or business to cancel it ASAP,  based on the Equality Act 2010

In future,  display the badge and clock , regardless   ( and pay if its a pay to park car park   )

Thanks. But I tried to use that and basically they didn't respond.

Then you can argue your case in any future court claim,  if it happens  ( but never stop trying plan A,  persistence can pay , apathy never does  )

Who didn't respond? Did you find out the property managers and complain to them?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
