Help to buy ISA - stay or go!

I've been paying into my help to buy isa for years, and it's reached the amount that will allow me to claim the max. government bonus. But, my parents, siblings and I are looking into purchasing land and getting permission for tiny homes. We're unlikely to find a suitable plot of land for under £250,00, which is the max amount I can purchase and still use the ISA. If i move my money out into a savings account I'll get much better interest, but once I move it I can't change my mind and put it back in the ISA. Any advice? Anyone used it for something similar? I'd hate to sit on it for a further year or more and find I can't claim the bonus anyway.

    You would need to find out if there is any penalty for withdrawing the funds that way.
