APCOA Parking Charge drop off Stansted Airport

I forget to pay the £7 drop parking charge at Stansted Airport, is there a legitimate way of getting out of the £60 penalty charge ? I've seen the template disputing the parking charge with no registered keeper but they have addressed the charge to me so have obviously got my name as the registered keeper. My own fault I know

where does it say penalty charge?From the Plain Language Commission:

Just use the template appeal in the Heathrow, Gatwick, Manchester airport drop off thread. Of course they know who the registered keeper is - the DVLA have told them that, as they do for every single parking ticket issued every year - 14 million this year!
What the DVLA never have, nor can they, tell them who the driver was. That's exactly the same in your case. Use the template, come back and thank us later! 😉Please note, we are not a legal advice forum.
