Basically what the title says, can someone point me in the right direction so that I can remove photos from a posting I am quoting and leave only the text.
Sometimes seems like photos are just reposted time after time.

Sorry I have tried the backspace from begining of photos and not had any luck, could you explain where I would place cursor for backspace to work.

Just selecting the photo in the quote and pressing 'delete' should work

back space deletes what was before the cursor, hence the cursor moves back. Delete removes what's after of the cursor.

To use backspace you put the cursor after the photo

As wth all editing, Backspace from after the content you want to remove, Delete from before the content you want to remove.
Or if you select the content to be removed (so that it's higlighted) then either Delete or Backspace (or Cut) will remove it.
Note that things can sometimes be a bit funny, often you can't remove a mix of selected (highlighted) text and images at the same time, so remove the image, then remove the text (or the other way round).

As a last resort, you can go into the HTML view by clicking the </> button and manually removing <img... bits.

Thanks all got that now. I did try placing cursor at end of photos this morning and pressing backspace but did not seem to have any effect. Tried now and working fine.
