Locked out of pockit bank account

Hi all I forgot password to my bank as my facial recognition wasn't working I stupidly forgot to change the email adress so can't reset my password to email adress so pockit have froze me out it's been nearly 2 weeks I have sent on proof of address and passport I'd of myself still they are reviewing it it is my disability benefits what goes into it is there anything else I can do I have had no money for nearly 2 weeks amd all they keep saying on email is they are looking into it

    Maybe you will remember your password at some point.  i doubt it would have been anything too random.
    Personally I use a password manager - because all my passwords are different, long and complex.

    I think your problem is that if the app doesn't recognise your face, you don't know / can't remember your password and the registered email is not now one you have access to, then these together are all throwing up a big red flag to the bank as being possible identity fraud, so they are understandably taking extra precautions to ensure that you are the legitimate owner of the account.

    Hi yes sorry I retrieved the password but unfortunately after 3 attempts it totally locked me out

    Do you have access to anything else - even something as poor as Revolut could give you bank details, allow you to make payments etc in the interim.
