Who to contact?

I have recently gone to a company for installation under the energy efficiency scheme from the government. Everything was going well until they started the work and now disaster. They have only just started and cause so many issues. They have left me without heating and many other problems. I won’t go into detail, as just want help sorting it out. My main question is who can I can get in contact with about the companies handling of it? Can’t find online who you contact if they mess anything up. I have already made a formal complaint to the company which they haven’t even tried to bothered to rectify or answer any questions asked. I feel stuck. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

    you will need to give a bit more context to get any meaningful help.
    For a start why were you left without heating and what other problems do you have as a result?
  • I need to make a complaint about the company to someone (like trading standards etc). They have left without heating due to removing radiators and not completing anywork. I just don’t know who you complain to when a company does not hold up their contract via the Energy Efficiency Scheme. Thanks.

    have you rang the company to ask whey they have not returned to finish the job? Was there a specific reason they left the job rather not just not coming back?
  • I have now had over 15 emails and many (ive lost count) phonecalls. They are avoiding all questions I ask etc. Hence why I have made a formal complaint but that is yet to be resolved also and in the meantime I am without heating and use of a bedroom. They are refusing to give me their awarding body provider also. Everything has been hell. I just want to know who to turn to. Any help please??
