Hi,
I overstayed at a shopping centre car park by 4 mins. I appealed to POPLA and this was rejected on the grounds that I had not paid enough to park. I thought I had read somewhere that you have a period of grace of up to 10 mins? I offered to pay the £2 extra parking, should I now just pay the extortionate sum of £80 or can I take if further?
Can I offer to pay monthly?

Put the POPLA DECISION up in the thread of that name, top of the forum, BUT please add TEN PARAGRAPH BREAKS to the chunk of text decision so we can read it there, and please state which parking firm in that thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
