Help Needed! SRA Intervention (Solicitor firm closure)

I am in the process of purchasing an auction property. I just found out today that the solicitor has been shut down and I already transferred the completion funds to them.
The completion date is the 27th of August and if I miss this . I risk losing my deposit which is substantial.
I have completed the compensation fund but this may not clear before the completion date.

Have you identified and contacted the intervention agent for the firm?
Also suggest you ring the SRA after they open tomorrow, if you haven't already done so. 0370 606 2555
Depending on the responses to the above, you may need to see if you can find another local solicitor to act urgently. Don't leave it until Friday to make enquiries, as that's the busiest day for conveyancing.
