Anyone had boiler fan replaced by BOXT?

We're getting an error code C6 on our Worcester Bosch boiler, and am looking at getting Boxt out to look at it. Has anyone had any experience of a fan replacement by Boxt, and can remember the cost?

Tee-hee. In that case almost certainly your best bet would be to get a reconditioned fan on eBay, and ask a nice local GasSafe to fit it for you. I'd hope around £150 all-in.

It'll be effectively as good as new, as the part to fail are the bearings.

Its a 30CDi. I just googled the C6 error code and it said that it indicated a problem with the fan.

I'd be nervous about sourcing the fan myself, in case I ended up getting the wrong part.
