C4(S)Scotland Fee

Hi,
I have completed a C4(S) Scotland form for additional assets omitted from the original inventory declaration. This is simple and I'm doing this myself. No change to Estate Tax situation. I've tried contacting the Sheriff Clerk department where it's being sent to but I can't find an answer to what fee I pay, if any. Positive I don't pay the original inventory fee of £341 but can't imagine it's free either. If I post the form without paying will Sheriff Court contact me to pay or will they just not deal with form. Any help appreciated.

If the original confirmation was a Confirmation Dative you might have an additional Bond of Caution issue.
There is a C4S declaration example on this page https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/81382864#Comment_813828640 -
Understanding of Confirmation Dative is court appointed Executor. That's not applicable in my case. There was a Will and I'm the Executor. This is a simple addition to the Estate, value upping Estate by £1000. Very insignificant but still needs reported.buddy9 said:laineybabes said:Hi,
