Home Insurance for a house with Air B&B

We live in a house with an annex which is attached to the house but has its own separate entrance.
We have started to use the annex for Air B&B a year ago.
Last year I contacted nearly all of the common reputable insurance companies for home insurance for such a house ( with annex used as an Air B&B) but most of them said that they don't cover homes with Air B&B.
I eventually found Towergate Insurance who provided the cover.
Now the renewal is next month.
Can anyone please help me in finding some reputable company which provides home insurance cover for a house with an Air B&B.
Many Thanks

Not sure who you are going to consider reputable but Admiral certainly used to have an option for AirBnB, HomeProtect (an MGA of Axa) too. LV does but in a limited way https://www.lv.com/home-insurance/do-you-cover-airbnb
Towergate are a broker, though also act as an MGA in some cases, so any reason not to stick with them?1 -
Thank you
I would stick to Towergate but after looking at the reviews on Trust Pilot, I was having second thoughts0 -

Online reviews will probably make it hard to know if they are commenting on the same part of the business as you are thinking of dealing with.
Their former executive chairman and original founder was a hothead, buying stuff up without proper due diligence but also selling businesses off for £1, offered me one of his failed ventures which I declined but another chap working with us bought up.1
