I Want my Money Back!!!!

Back in July 2007 I repaid my debt to NPower for Electric. I was informed that the setting on the pre-payment card would be re-set to provide normal tariiffs.....However, my monthly electric statements have continued to show me in surplus to the tune of £290 (as of December 2007). This is MY money not NPowers...What do I do? I have threatened Small Claims action against them (plus interest from July 07. Do you think that this is the best way forward.....And then find a new supplier????
