Looking for a budget Smartwatch/Fitness Tracker

I'm looking for a Smartwatch or activity tracker under £40. The most important feature to me would be to log my fluid intake and log when i take my medication. I'm not bothered about tracking steps or activity or anything like that.
Just wondered if anybody could recommend anything? I'd be grateful for any help. Thanks

Your link for Xiaomi band 9 is strap only here's one for watch https://www.amazon.co.uk/XIAOMI-fitness-tracker-display-monitoring/dp/B0DK6ZC5ZC0 -
If you don’t want to buy a watch, there are apps you can put on your phone although the better ones would probably need medication and fluid intake separately. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
TBH under £40 you wont find anything with those features built in. I'd suggest apps like My Medisafe and WaterMinder paired with a budget watch which will show notifications from the smartphone. There's any number of cheapies on the market, I use this one https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0DFZPR9Z40
