FREE ONLINE PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

 

Who can enter:

 

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the competition period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, companies within the ITV group of companies, or are an immediate family member of the same (including any live-in partner); and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

 

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw. 

 

Opening/closing date & time:

 

• Prize Draw opens for entries online via the www.itv.com/win website (“Website”) on 19 August 2025.
• Prize Draw closes for entries online at 4.00p.m. on 16 September 2025.

 

Winner selection & contact: 

 

• The draw will take place within one week of the closing date and time for all entries. 
• Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

 

How to enter & cost of entry:

 

You may enter online by going to the Website and following the instructions; one (1) entry per phone number provided. There is no charge for entry but internet service provider’s fees may apply when accessing the internet.

 

Prize: 

 

There is one prize consisting of two (2) night stay in a Beachcroft beach hut. 

 

The prize includes two (2) nights in a Beachcroft beach hut suite, located at Beachcroft Hotel & Beach Hut Suites, Felpham, Bognor Regis, West Sussex, PO22 7AH for two (2) adults. 

 

The prize also includes breakfast on both mornings served by breakfast hamper delivered to the prize winner’s hut door or hot breakfast served in the hotel restaurant, use of the facilities of the Beachcroft hotel including Tamarisk Bar and Restaurant, the Bistro Garden and indoor heated swimming pool, private parking for one (1) car at the rear of the hut with an electric car charging station, and complimentary hire of two (2) adults bicycles for the duration of the stay.

 

The prize also includes up to one hundred and fifty pounds (£150) towards travel to the Beachcroft beach hut, to be transferred to the prize winner once proof of travel costs has been received. 

 

The prize must be booked and taken up by 30 June 2026.

 

The prize winner and their guest must be over eighteen (18) years of age.

 

The prize cannot be redeemed on bank holidays and is subject to availability and the prize is non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash alternative.

 

Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in for security deposit purposes. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

 

The prize excludes transport to and from the Beachcroft Hotel & Beach Hut Suites, meals and drinks (other than those specified above), excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, travel insurance and personal expenses. 

 

The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to positively amend the prize during the Prize Draw period by either: (i) increasing the amount of a cash prize; and/or (ii) offering additional prize(s).
