Rock band Suede are returning to The Top of The Tower to perform songs from their tenth studio album ‘Antidepressants’ plus more.

Suede performed live at the first-ever Virgin Radio Sunset Session two years ago, and the team are delighted to welcome them back on Tuesday 2nd September for an exclusive gig ahead of their album release.

The Promoter reserves the right to remove or temporarily suspend any entriessubmitted from the Promotion if it reasonably suspects any breach of these Terms andConditions or if it receives any complaint from any third party relating to such entry.

Any entries received other than via the official entry method will not be accepted. Useof script, macro or any automated system to enter the Promotion is prohibited. Entriesmade (or which appear to have been made) using any such system may be treated asvoid. Any illegible, incomplete or fraudulent entries will be rejected. Incomplete or illegible entries will be void. Winners and Prizes

A total of 50 (fifty) entrants (the Winner) will be selected to receive the Prize describedbelow. The Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries for this Promotionreceived during the Promotion Period by a computer process that produces verifiablyrandom results. There will be no prizes for any other participants.

Each Winner will receive one (1) pair of general admission tickets to see Suede performlive at 1 London Bridge, London SE1 9GF, on 2nd September 2025 (Prize). Winners andguests must be aged over 18, must present valid photographic identification on entryand on request and are solely responsible for all travel to and from the event,accommodation and any other expenses incurred in connection with their attendance.Doors open at 6pm. Promoter reserves the right to substitute tickets for an alternativeevent and/or date without prior notice should the Prize become unavailable for anyreason.

The Prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable. The Winner has no right torequest or receive an alternative to the Prize, and the Prize cannot be redeemed forcash or its monetary value, in whole or in part.

Notwithstanding paragraph 16 above, in the event that, for any reason beyond thePromoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter is unable to award the Prize as describedin these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to award a prize of asimilar nature and an equivalent value, or at its sole discretion, the cash value of thePrize . The Promoter also reserves the right to award a prize of a similar nature and anequivalent value, or at its sole discretion, the cash value of the Prize if in its reasonablediscretion it is appropriate to do so.

The Winner is responsible for paying all costs and expenses that are not included withinthe Prize, but are incidental to the Winner redeeming the Prize, including (for example)transport, accommodation, meal costs, spending money, insurance and any otherincidentals. The Winner is also personally responsible for any personal expenses andany VAT, national and/or local tax liabilities (if any) incurred in claiming or using the

Prize. The Winner’s companion must be over 18 years of age.

By participating in the Promotion, participants agree that the Prize is awarded on an "asis" basis and that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor anyof its subsidiary or affiliated companies, make any guarantees, representations orwarranties of any nature with respect to the Prize.Winner Notification and Claiming Prize

The Promoter will use its reasonable endeavours to notify the Winner by email orphone or using the other contact details provided to the Promoter within 48 hoursafter the end of the Promotion Period. The Winner needs to confirm acceptance of thePrize within 48 hours of being notified they have won. Winners may be required tosubmit valid identification before receiving their prize.

If a Winner (i) cannot be contacted within this 48 hour window or (ii) refuses or isunable to confirm acceptance of the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to EITHERre-draw a new Winner (at random, using a computer process that produces verifiablyrandom results), from the remaining valid entries that were received during thePromotion Period.

The Prize will be delivered, or details with instructions on how to book or obtain thePrize will be communicated, to the Winner within a reasonable time and by no laterthan 28 (twenty eight) days after the Prize has been accepted.Publicity and Data Protection

The Promoter will collect and process participants' personal information in accordancewith the privacy policy at http://www.newsprivacy.co.uk/. See also clauses 20 to 22,with regard to announcement of the Winner.

The Promoter is required to either publish or make available information that indicatesa valid award took place. As such, (and subject to any objections of the Winner) thePromoter will send the surname and county of the Winner and, if applicable copies oftheir winning entries, to anyone that contacts the Promoter at the address given aboveby no later than 28 (twenty eight) days after the end of the Promotion Period.

The Winner of this Promotion may be asked to participate in publicity.

If a Winner objects to their information being published and/or made available, orparticipating in publicity as described above, they should inform the Promoter at theearliest opportunity by emailing feedback@talksport.co.uk.  The Winner acknowledgesthat the Promoter may still be required to share their details with the AdvertisingStandards Authority or other regulators.Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall in any way limit or exclude the Promoter'sliability for fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by itsnegligence or for any other matter where liability may not be limited as a matter of law.

The Promoter will not be responsible for any damage, loss or injury resulting fromparticipants' entry into the Promotion or their acceptance and/or use of the Prize, orfor technical, hardware or software failures, lost, faulty or unavailable network connections or difficulties of any kind that may limit or prohibit participant's ability toparticipate in the Promotion. Your statutory rights are not affected.

The Promoter will not be responsible for any lost, damaged, defaced, incomplete,illegible or otherwise unreadable entries. Proof of sending an entry (whether by post,email, SMS or other method) is not proof of receipt by the Promoter of any entries.

Without prejudice to a participant’s statutory rights and, to the extent permitted byapplicable law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not be responsible or liableto compensate the Winner or accept any liability for any loss or damage incurred by orany personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up a Prize.

The title in the Prize and any risk of loss or damage to the Prize will pass to the Winnerupon delivery of the Prize to such Winner. The Promoter is not liable for or obliged toreplace any defective, lost, damaged or stolen Prize where such defect, loss or damageis not due to the fault and/or negligence of the Promoter.General

The Promoter's decision as to the Winner of the Prize is final and binding on theparticipants. The Promoter will not enter into correspondence with participants inrelation to this decision.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. The courts of England andWales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute or claim arising in associationwith the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter may transfer all or part of its rights under these Terms and Conditions tosomeone else without obtaining your consent; provided such transfer does notsignificantly disadvantage you.

Any provision of these Terms and Conditions which is deemed illegal and/or prohibitedor unenforceable under any applicable law will be ineffective to the extent of suchillegality, prohibition or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions.
