Lease car not fit for purpose

My main entertainment screen in my Peugeot 208 lease car failed 14 weeks ago I have completed a 8 week investigation with stelantis whom I lease the car from the investigation has concluded nothing I have a week ago started a complaint with the financial ombudsman at which point is someone going to take me seriously by exercising my consumer rights act 2015 Perrys who looks after the after care with my service has washed theirs hands of me I have tried to open a case with Peugeot but Perrys state that they cannot change the screen as Peugeot tech based in France won’t let them change it as it is still in warranty I have lost all functions in my car including heat so I will not be able to use my car including heat the autum/winter I have also been in touch with CAB
is there anything that I can do as the ombudsman state that it could take 3 months before I am allocated to an investigator
sorry for the long post

How long do you have to go on your lease? Have you been given a loan car while yours is off the road?
  • I have 3 years left on my lease

What does "...the investigation has concluded nothing..." mean? Have Stellantis denied that there is an issue?

They state that they have not been able to conclude their investigations with a response and said that they would continue to investigate and gave me advice to get in contact with the ombudsman now that the 8 weeks have past

If you're still in posession of and using the car, what are they investigating?

Are you getting a replacement car whilst yours is in for work?

Have you asked the lease company if you can get a replacement car?

How long have you had the lease? With 3 years to go and 3 months of work is it 9 months into a 4 year contract?

Nothing you can do to speed the process with FOS.

How old was the car when the issue happened?

As any rejection of the car, would be with the dealer that supplied it.
