Thinking of selling my bungalow and wondered if i need to declare neighbour disputes from 10 and 12 years ago which I reported to the police at the time. They still live next door and
everything has been fine with them for past 5 years and they are now good neighbours.

If the dispute was 10-12 years ago and you have had a good relationship for the past five years It would only appear to be relevant to mention if it was likely to be resurrected.
Many issues such as noise nuiscance etc are resolved when family members mature out of anti social behaviour or leave home.0 -
If I remember rightly, the form asks for any ongoing disputes, not any historical disputes.0

Hi,
It does no harm to declare it if you can say that there was a dispute and it is now resolved and everyone is good friends.
Just because a dispute is resolved doesnt mean it is irrelevant. To give a couple of examples: If the dispute arose because the neighbours are aggressive towards people they don't know and it is only after several years of getting used to the OP did things calm down then that's relevant. Similarly, if the neighbours are the type to bully until put in their place then it is also relevant.
If you declare it then there can be no come-back but if you don't then the consequences can be expensive.1
