Missing weeks of State Pension

I notified DWP via Tell Us Once on the 15th of February this year then received a letter from DWP on the 6th of March to say a residual payment was due and I needed to fill out a form to tell them where to send it. I posted the form back the same day and the payment went into our estate account on the 4th of April.

I found when doing the financials after my mum's death that the State Pension that was owed was paid quite quickly (under 3 weeks from filling in the form to the payment showing up in the executor account) but other benefits took longer, Winter Fuel payment (probably not relevant in this case) took another 3 weeks and Attendance Allowance another 3 weeks beyond that.
