Wise card transaction dispute : Money should be back in your account

Hello everyone,
I'm currently travelling in Japan and use a Wise card because it seems convenient but something worrying happened to me.
I recently noticed a suspiscious transaction that i don't recognise and with such a high amount it made me panic when i noticed it. I reported it to the Wise support and issued a dispute.
The process has followed its course and when i check the dispute it says "refund in progress" and "money should be back in your account", but i wander when or if i will get my money back.
The date indicated has just passed so I assume it will take more time but I wander if the refund is guaranted. Is it Sure that the money will be back and that a chargeback was issued ?
I'm really worrying about that case and i'm asking for your experience to see things more clearly and reassure myself.

I sent an e-mail, waited an answer and i'm so worrying about it that i contacted the chat but the answer didn't help me any further.See attached screenshot.Thanks for your reply, it's good to see there is people who care about my misfortune.

They will not refund you without doing a chargeback.
Although how the payment was made will have a effect on that. If it was a PIN/Contactless transaction. Then you may not get refunded without further questions, as to where the card was at the time.Life in the slow lane0
