Hi all, have been reading around on here and wanted to make sure my response was correct for appealing a PCN from NCP. 

Stupidly in my morning rush I forgot to pay for day parking, and then forgot to pay in the 24 hour period after. A real !!!!!! since I have spent an absolute fortune commuting from this car park already from actually paying!

The PCN letter was sent 4 days promptly, and the car park has ANPR cameras.

My response was a cut back version of the template in the newbie thread: 

I dispute your 'parking charge', as the keeper of the vehicle. I deny any liability or contractual agreement.

There will be no admissions as to who was driving and no assumptions can be drawn. You must include a close up actual photograph of the sign you contend was at the location on the material date to accompany your images of the vehicle.

This vehicle is registered to, and is used to pay for parking on PaybyPhone and the Greater Anglia parking portal, which can be seen in the uploaded evidence. 

Currently the station car park is a mess due to construciton of a new footbirdge. Not sure if there's anything in that which could also be helpful regarding trying to argue about signage?

It will be subject to Byelaws-so you'll win this at POPLA so long as the name of the Driver is not disclosed.

Thanks, I appealed through the Greater Anglia portal with that templated section. If it gets rejected then I go through POPLA? For this i'm assuming I go through section 3 in the newbie thread? I don't fully understand the Byelaw argument so excuse the ignorance.
