Hi guys this is the second small court claims i have recieved within the last month.

I have ignored everything up until this point.

The Claim is associated to a time where i stayed at a services station overnight.

I arrived when it was dark and left in the morning not realising it was a pay to park carpark.

I have registered AOS but i just started drafting my defence and i am really stumped, really not sure what i can use as a defence here, as i didnt even get out of my car at the time.

Any suggestions?

No need. Just use the Template Defence version for claims where the breach isn't pleaded. It's already written for you in the thread of that name.
