Moorside Legal Letter before claim

Hi there

I’m not sure what this letter is actually for or when it happened but regardless I have this letter

I have read the newbies pages but I’m still unsure if I should ignore this or reply. I’m no good with technology.

Do I just ignore this if not what do I do? I can’t find option to appeal.

Or read the MSE Guide (see the red 'MSE link' small banner at the top of this page). That has all the advice in bite-sized chunks including how to reply to a LBC

Loads of threads show this letter recently. Search the forum for Moorside LBC.

And please do the Public Consultation this month! No need for a link. It's a current thread today one page 1 or 2.

Pleeease bookmark the thread and come back this month!

I'm taking a close look this week and we'll walk you through it. I should have all the first post 'how to respond to each question' advice ready by the end of this week.

So am I right in thinking because this has no reply form or a 30 day deadline it isn’t a real LBC and to therefor ignore?

Ignore and file it, then start doing something very important,  the current government consultation survey mentioned by coupon mad 

Await a proper LoC from Moorside Legal,  then respond 

In any case,  prepare for the future court claim in a few months time
