Export Mpan problem
EDIT: My Bright app is seeing export now after deleting and re-adding my meter, so maybe its just a matter of waiting as somebody mentioned.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I have recently signed up to SEG with EON Next. This seems to have gone well and is up and running.
I've tried adding my export data to Hugo Pro but it fails saiiying there is no export MPAN on my meter. Eon Next say there is and have given me the MPAN.
If I do a lookup of my meter on N3RGY web site https://homebrew.n3rgy.com it shows no export MPAN configured.
Is this normal? I dont understand what I should and should not be able to see.
Bottom line is, EON Next say its all ok, but I cant add my export to Hugo Pro. Eon say it has been registered with "Ecoes" but I have no idea what this is.
Basically, am I wrong to think my export mpan should be viewable to N3RGY and therefore Hugo Pro?
Thanks

I think it can take up to six weeks for the meter database to be updated.1

What you are experiencing is normal for Eon Next but abnormal for other SEG providers. Eon Next don't actually use your export MPAN; they just ask for meter readings. Because of this they don't register your export MPAN so you can't view the data.Reed1

Is there any kind of "right" to have this done and is there a way to force them to (like making a complaint to them or some other body?)

I requested that they do this for me but I don't think that they have. It causes a "problem" because they don't do it as a matter of course so somebody has to make a special effort. I'm not aware of any right to have this done and if not, you have no basis for a complaint.Reed1

Eon Next had implied that it was their job to register the export MPAN but their service agents aren't always well-informed.
I was granted an export MPAN around 8th July but unfortunately my smart meter stopped reporting on 20th July so I don't know what has happened since then. I just tried putting my export MPAN into https://homebrew.n3rgy.com/ but it was not recognised. Perhaps this doesn't work for export or perhaps I need to wait longer? The data produced if I enter my regular MPAN for import makes no mention of export.Reed0 -
