Anyone else not received their £100 bonus from Raisin in the stipulated time?

When I started with them last November. I clicked, (definitely clicked) the promo button (£100) and continued. I got nothing. way past the date they said they would give me. I contacted them and got this....... We understand that you were unable to apply the required promo code during your registration process.
 
 As a gesture of goodwill, we are pleased to inform you that you will still be eligible to receive the bonus

"Unable" ??.... No, I was able to.

Then, earlier this year I referred a friend. (£50 for him and me) He opened an account using the link sent..... again I get nothing.... am yet to contact them.

I met all the requirements comfortably.
