Can DWP demand payback of an Attendance Allowance overpayment after death?

    Surely if the intended recipient is deceased, then any over payment would be unspent and would form part of the estate

    This may be case of where the moral and "right" thing to do doesnt align with actual obligation

    I am sure if there was an underpayment, then the estate would be looking to recoup
