Hello,

Am at my witts end. 

At the end of last year I had a flurry of Google Play transactions made via PayPal that then hit my Monzo account quickly and totalling 1,200. 

Tried to get a refund via Google Play which was declined. Then PayPal declined and Monzo wouldn't allow a claim under the direct debit scheme from Monzo.

Have sent many emails to Google including the complaints person named on the FCA register and just not getting any responses.

Any ideas what I should do?

how were they made without your consent?

who was the recipient?

Google Play transactions, for games and videos I haven't used. I have no idea how this happened and am just getting nowhere with escalating.

Were the transactions on your Google Play account or someone else's?

The direct debit scheme wouldn't apply as the google play payments were not made by direct debit. 

It looks like somebody has your Paypal user name and password and is using it.

Do these purchased games and videos appear in your google account?   If you have children or partner, do they appear in their google accounts?

Apologies for the delay, they are appearing in apps I don't have on my phone.

Do you see any devices you don't recognise on this page?

Also (at least on my phone), when you're in the App store and have clicked on an app in your library you can see the devices that app is installed on.
