housing association,unrepaired leaking roof,causing concerns.

in 2024 several of us in our small block of 8 flats noticed a leak in the roof in our communal area, this is an entrance way that go,s to 4 flats downstairs,4 flats upstairs.this was reported too the repair line and nothing happened.it was then reported to our previous housing officer, eventually at the end of the year in october scaffolding went up.On jan 24th 2025 a contractor turned up for the repair, these werent our housing association repair people as it was outsourced, they were there for a while replacing tiles etc doing what they do.the next time it rained the roof was just as bad, from this time onwards myself and other tenants have phoned the repair line and have been given various dates and times for someone too turn up nothing has happened. From the time of the repair the roof has got progressively worse,it know rains more inside than it does outside, photos and videos are included at the end of this explanation.the water pours down the internal wall by the stairs,go,s all over the stairs which are concrete covered with plastic tiles,it soaks the internal ceiling which has started too go mouldy, there is also a smell of what i think is wood rot were i think possibly the internal roof stuff has been soaked by water over the past year or so,maybe more ,the internal wall is the outside of my small bedroom wall and lower down is the outside wall too the flat below us,and im concerned that there could be a mould issue.I phoned yet again approx 3 weeks ago ,i was on the phone for a good half an hour and was told someone would be out within 24 to 48 hours to access the roof and sort some contractors to come out still nothing has happened,a week ago i phoned again to make a complaint about this and was told that as its a communal area i cant complain about it.A week later i phoned the repair line yet again,i was told we arent even on the schedule to be done.As far as we are all concerned this is somewhat pathetic,we do have a complaint procedure for repairs etc,the first stage is a frontline response which is a response within 48 hrs,the second stage is investigation etc reply within twenty days, after this if your not happy with the response its the housing ombudsman for us all,im writing this on behalf of everyone living here,we would all like too know our best course of action, complaints procedure obviously, but we are all completely sure our housing association will do nothing. We have some photo,s which i will upload later in the day, thankyou in advance for your replys

We had this in our block of 35 flats, HA left it for a couple of years 'patching' things up. I got our MP involved who got the council involved and they forced the HA to repair it properly. HA subsequently removed all previous 'repairs' from our service charges. It was a long slog but it is finally all fixed.
Really should be doing some work...
