Hope all is well 

Please can you advise why I get page unresponsive or the page is slowing Firefox when I use ChatGPT as the only other thing open is mail, and my accounts package? 

The laptop is less is  just over a year old?

As tried edge IE Chrome Firefox get the same, do I need to take the laptop top in for a check up, or is there an easier solution, as I cannot be with it as I only have a laptop and need for office work

if want to send resp to chat gpt you have psres the pad on lap top but still not then use the enter stll not go the use mouse then migh go ?

Why do you need ChatGPT on your laptop? If you suspect it is causing you problems remove it. Is it a web browser add-on?
You can see what resources are being used with Task Manager (<control><alt><delete> select Task Manager), TM can also be used to shut down wayward programs/processes.
I find ChatGPT useful for some purposes and have the app on my iPhone.

i use on lap as easier to dici and wite msg  ihave on my android as well but perfer lap and desk at work

Have you tried other AI chatbots instead of ChatGPT?
