Found some shares my deceased mum had for Ratners group plc brought 1992 trying to find out if they are worth anything for probate and how to sell them. Thanks in advance

Be aware that more often than not it turns out these share certificates have been superseded and the share holding itself sold, but please report back if you find any different.1 -
Hopefully worth the price of a prawn sandwich from Marks & Spencer.9

You mean you found a certificate? Assuming they weren't sold, that certificate is probably defunct as it should have ultimately been replaced by a certificate or electronic holding for shares in Signet Jewelers Ltd, listed in New York (SIG.N).cheeki_monkey said:Found some shares my deceased mum had for Ratners group plc brought 1992 trying to find out if they are worth anything for probate and how to sell them. Have you found any evidence of a holding in Signet Jewelers Ltd? Either way you could try calling Signet's share registrar.
