Hello,
I have noticed some things have changed and we now have to submit the defence on mcol. Can I confirm that we use the start defence tab which is below the AOS?
I have unluckily gotten another ticket which I did pay for and renewed twice on the app, sent the evidence to euro car park of payment but I am now still being taken to court. A lot seems to have changed since my last win so just wanted to confirm.

1) Correct, but ensure that you have drafted it first, then when complete, copy and paste it in and save it, making sure that it fits into the box , no errors and within the 122 lines, then press submit if you are happy to continueBREAKTHROUGH said:Hello,

2) ECP and DCB LEGAL tend to discontinue the claim just before payment is due
A lot has changed this year, and since the pandemic too2 -
Thank you for your reply, really appreciate it.Is the witness statement still a thing and do we also have to upload that to MCOL also? I am assuming we cannot upload pictures in the defence so this would be at the witness statement stage, right?0

3) yes, in several months time when your local civil court is involved, not MCOLBREAKTHROUGH said:Thank you for your reply, really appreciate it.3) Is the witness statement still a thing

4) definitely not, it's a text only defence, no Exhibits or evidence, that MCOL want, nothing else required
5) correct, so probably next year2 -
Your WS (later) goes nowhere near the CNBC admin centre at Northampton or you'll have breached the local court's hearing Order!
DCB Legal will discontinue at WS stage anyway.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi,
I received my N180 questionnaire yesterday in the post as my post has been arriving extremely late recently and I noticed it needs to be submitted/filed today. I wanted to ask, as the last time I did one of those I believe was 2023 and I know a few things have changed since then.
The section about mediation, does it have to be someone other than myself or can I just add me details on there?
Annoyed to be going through this again especially when I paid for my parking in good faith and sent them proof of payment in my appeal yet I am still being taken to court. Frustrating!
Thanks in advance for all your support and all you do for other on here. I am always reading the posts!0 -
Download the N180 pdf document and fill it in and email it to the DQ email address in the defence template thread, in the 8 steps
Mediation is now a compulsory stage in the process, even if it doesn't happen or even if it fails to reach agreement
You can either nominate yourself or can nominate someone else to take part, even if its a 2 minutes, no offer phone call ( it's about reaching a monetary settlement, it's not about the case itself )
You aren't actually being taken to court, not unless dcblegal or the claimant pay the hearing fee
No court has been allocated yet
You are participating in a Money Claim, which will probably be discontinued before the hearing fee is due, next year2 -
Thank you for your reply @Gr1pr I really appreciate you taking the time to support me.
Is this still the email address to DQ.CNBC@justice.gov.uk? It was a different email in 2023. Wow I feel like so much has changed!
Also the only email address I can find for DCB legal is collections@dcbltd.com. Should I send to that email address?

The correct CNBC email address is in the defence template thread, steps 3 & 5, so yes you appear to have it
DCBL are not involved here so do not use the latter email address above, collections is the debt collectors, not the legals
Use info@ for dcb legal to copy them in
To be clear, DCBL are not DCB LEGAL LTD, despite the similar initials, one is the debt collectors, the latter are the lawyers2
