To what address was the original PCN sent?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Any reason for not posting it here?

I kind of get why people send DMs, but it's a bit unfair to put the task on a single person - if everyone DM'd Coupon-mad I daresay she'd be inundated and need to hire a team to handle them all. It also means you miss out on expertise and experience of others (as incredibly knowledgeable as she is, she probably doesn't know everything - probably). And it also means the rest of us lose out on seeing the steps you've taken and the outcome. Part of the point of a public forum like this is so we can learn from others' experiences.
As above. I rarely have time to even read pm's and can't help one to one.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Coupon-mad  I understand it is not possible to help one by one and I do not want to do that either as I know you are busy and helping so many of other people, but I had a situation which I was not able to discuss in public,  Hence I had sent you a dm which you had kindly replied to too but i just need little direction on how to approach this further. if you could have a quick look on dm and advice, i will start my further discussion publicly itself.

    Many Thanks

Quick Question to the experts here, Could dcb legal agree to set the judgment aside if I agree to pay full cost? or would the court allow to set it aside based on the fact that it was sent to a wrong address (and it is to set it aside with full payment made and not to defend the claim).

The court might allow that. We have seen it done.  Ask DCB Legal if you want to do that.

I spoke to dcb legal, they were not helpful initially but then advised to drop an email stating about wrong address with evidence and the case manager will review and advise if they would be ok to set it aside. I mentioned if you allow that, i can pay amount in full, else I might go to defend the claim and apply to court to set it aside. I could not speak to the case manager though, only someone who pciks up the calls. Please could you help me draft the email or is there a template?  and what is normally the process, which forms and fees etc if they agree to it.  Is there any information available on newbies?

Adapt the email that's already written in post 2 of the NEWBIES thread section about CCJs. You'll just need to remove sentences that make no sense and replace with the fact that you are prepared to pay the claim.
