Hello, have 3 more days to submit my defence online. I am using the template on the main page however I need help with point number 3. Please can you let me know if this is ok to write:
The driver of the vehicle was compelled to stop at the BP Connect Petrol Station, Gatwick, due to an urgent and sudden onset of illness. The driver required immediate access to the toilet facilities for health and safety reasons.
Following this, the driver remained in the vehicle for a short period to ensure that they had sufficiently recovered and were in a fit condition to continue their journey safely. This was done out of necessity to protect both the driver’s wellbeing and the safety of other road users. The stop was therefore unavoidable and undertaken solely for reasons of health and safety.
I have received Claim Form on 22.08 acknowledged it on the same day.
Thank you for your help.

BP Connect Gatwick is within the perimeter of the airport and is therefore not relevant land for the purposes of PoFA. As long as the driver has not been identified, this would get thrown out.
However, as it is a claim issued by DCB Legal, it doesn't really matter what you put in your defence as long as a defence is submitted, it will be discontinued before they have to pay the £27 trial fee.
Nothing to panic about. Just follow the advice and this will all be over in a few months.
