It is no longer 2000 and the internet is no longer in the infant stage where everyone had 100 fake accounts with fake names everywhere because why not. Now companies expect you to use your actual real name and be genuine or they will lock your account. I do not understand why you are complaining. You can easily contact your card and cancel any payments which you seem to have done so why are you saying they are trying to take money until "end of time" which again shows how dramatic and ridiculous your behaviour is. The reason they are asking for ID is because they know that your account is fake and not real. Just ignore them and move on with your life. They cannot take any money off you since you cancelled this payment from the banks side and you clearly are not going to make a genuine LinkedIn account. Move on.
As to the OP, there are contact forms, eg https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/ask/LI-DEFAULT-NEW which you can use without being logged in.0 -

You signed up for a service, and LinkedIn are providing it, its just that because of your own actions you can't actually make use of it. So your attempt to avoid paying is likely to fail.
T&Cs I'm sure would do this, I could argue it is unfair two services being used together to try and get you to use their original CV service but as you probably would agree a pointless discussion.
The FTFY I was aware but thank you for pointing out
..
If anyone else is able to be constructive and helpful I would appreciate, as I was expecting to hear about ombudsman for these types of practices.
Seems you're choosing nothing - which is fine and I agree you should not be charged. Just google for email addresses eg this one found in 5.2 seconds support@linkedin.com.
