After all of this nobody seems to be able to address the actual problem of a company locking the account, requesting government documents, providing no alternative support contact and then attempting to take money until what appears the end of time.
If anyone else is able to be constructive and helpful I would appreciate, as I was expecting to hear about ombudsman for these types of practices.
There’s certainly no LinkedIn ombudsman 😂

The only constructive advice is to comply with the T&C’s you signed up to. I’m aware of a colleague who was very active on there but also set up an alternative account which was quickly discovered and left him losing both.

Given the target audience you’d expect them to be thorough when it comes to chasing debts.
I don't feel many have understood the precedence they are setting in preventing their customers from cancelling.

I've never had a company not provide any support other than through their login system which they lock you out after taking your credit card details.

Thanks for the comments but it seems nobody has a solution for this infinite money glitch this company has found to keep taking money off people by not allowing people to cancel their subscription.
But you’re continually ignoring the fact that there is an answer - you give them the info/ID they’re asking for - simples 😉

....or email them. There are several contact email addresses readily available if (as I've already suggested) OP googles for details.
Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!

Try googling on 'how to contact LinkedIn'. That'll give you the answer you need.
Thank you for your advice, however as I have said there is no way of contacting LinkedIn without logging into their accout. I have attempted numerous methods including Google.

They have no standard way of contacting them, if you are able to supply that information then please post below.
I would point out that this is the main reason being uncontactable why I find this company's practice disgusting as I have never seen this practice before and shouldn't be allowed.

You are being overly dramatic. Please do not create any fake accounts. It is no longer 2000 and the internet is no longer in the infant stage where everyone had 100 fake accounts with fake names everywhere because why not. Now companies expect you to use your actual real name and be genuine or they will lock your account. I do not understand why you are complaining. You can easily contact your card and cancel any payments which you seem to have done so why are you saying they are trying to take money until "end of time" which again shows how dramatic and ridiculous your behaviour is. The reason they are asking for ID is because they know that your account is fake and not real. Just ignore them and move on with your life. They cannot take any money off you since you cancelled this payment from the banks side and you clearly are not going to make a genuine LinkedIn account. Move on.

Wrong, cancelling the card won't stop the payments going out, which is what they did. If it's a CPA then they need to cancel this with the lender and Linkedin

I am very sure that OP can call LinkedIn's contact number and let them know the fake account and that he does not want to have this service and they will be more than happy to cancel it. One time I tried the trial and forgot to cancel so they charged me for a whole year. I cancelled it right away and it automatically gave me the option to refund the charge they had taken off my account. They clearly have a mechanism for people who forget to cancel and are not trying to scam until "end of time".

Maybe so, but that's not what your earlier post said "You can easily contact your card and cancel any payments which you seem to have done". If you had read the thread in full they only cancelled the card thinking this would stop any more payments, which it won't.

You can easily google for yourself and you'll get various email addresses/URLs, at least some of which will work, so try that route.

You keep referring to a 'disgusting practice' but maybe creating a fake account isn't a good look? Nobody with a valid account would have any such issue, because they would be able to provide proof of ID.
