Cruise with on board credit taken away

Has anybody had experience of their agreed on board credit being taken away once the confirmation has been signed and received. A new booking reference number has been issued and the agreed on board credit has now disappeared. Cruise company contacted and they say they are allowed to do this. It seems wrong to me as it was one of the selling points of booking that particular cruise.

No, but without your particular cruise Ts and Cs its not possible to say whether it can be done or not.
So if you want a meaningful response you need to provide far more detail and information.

Does your new booking reference refer to Saver rate? My only thought was that you tried to book a particular offer but booked a Saver rate cabin, these typically have no on board spend or extras, and usually cheaper cabinsMake £2023 in 2023 (#36) £3479.30/£2023
