Discrete_Alitalia said:Hi Coupon-mad, the date of sending this notice is 30th July. PCN date of incident - 20th July. I received it on 9th August.
I think I should appeal today because if we are counting from the date of notice, 14 days have already passed.
Should I ask for footage/photos because there is nothing on their website? I have also attached the back of the notice.
Unless I missed it, the NTK seems to omit the POFA para 9 requirement to tell you to 'pass this notice to them' if naming the driver,
You aren't naming the driver, to be clear!
You can use the appeal in the MSE Guide in the banner red MSE Link at the top of this page. As the MSE guide for private parking charges rightly says, only tick registered keeper.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Many thanks Coupon-mad. The other issue is i never received this 'NTK' within 14 days. I received it outside of that 14 day window, so that's another reason to add in my appeal.0
-
Also, should I add in the appeal that since their website (after inputting the PCN No and Car Reg) can't display any images/videos, they should cancel it?0
-
One final thing Coupon-mad please, you mention:
Unless I missed it, the NTK seems to omit the POFA para 9 requirement to tell you to 'pass this notice to them' if naming the driver,
Should I add the above also in my appeal please? Your advise asap would be hugely appreciated.0 -
Yes, put it all in but NOT implying who parkedPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So, appeal to popla1
-
Thanks Gr1pr, with the same reasons that I used in the appeal? Or is there anything extra that you think should be added?0
-
PCS have now issued the photos which were never on the website when they sent me the inital letter. It shows the car was there for 6 and a half minutes0

Just do a POPLA appeal as already covered in the NEWBIES thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
