You can try appeal. But NOT as driver.

You aren't naming the driver, to be clear!

You can use the appeal in the MSE Guide in the banner red MSE Link at the top of this page. As the MSE guide for private parking charges rightly says, only tick registered keeper.

Many thanks Coupon-mad. The other issue is i never received this 'NTK' within 14 days. I received it outside of that 14 day window, so that's another reason to add in my appeal.

Also, should I add in the appeal that since their website (after inputting the PCN No and Car Reg) can't display any images/videos, they should cancel it?

PCS have now issued the photos which were never on the website when they sent me the inital letter. It shows the car was there for 6 and a half minutes
