Parking charge from PCS - no images

Hi 
I just received a letter in post from PCS on behalf of the creditor - Parking Enforcement and Security Services for a parking charge of £60. It states the PCN time of issue but when I have clicked on the link to watch the photos/videos, there's nothing there on the website.
I had to park the car at this location for about 10 minutes or so because the drive of my friend's house, whom I was visiting for the first time, was blocked due to his van having broken down. I gathered few people and we managed to push the van out of the way and then very promptly I drove my car away from this location where it is alleged that the incident happened. Could you kindly advise the best course of action please.

Please change any references that even remotely suggest you were driving as not knowing the identity of the driver is frequently pivotal in achieving a successful outcome in Private Parking Cases. Your username is also a bit of a give away!

Know for sure that Parking Companies trawl these forums and have in the past used posts to strengthen their case!

Hi Coupon-mad, does the attached photo qualify as 'NTK'? Does this have to be deliverd within certain time frames? I received it on 20th day after the alleged incident.
