Parking charge from PCS - no images

Hi
I just received a letter in post from PCS on behalf of the creditor - Parking Enforcement and Security Services for a parking charge of £60. It states the PCN time of issue but when I have clicked on the link to watch the photos/videos, there's nothing there on the website.

Please change any references that even remotely suggest you were driving as not knowing the identity of the driver is frequently pivotal in achieving a successful outcome in Private Parking Cases. Your username is also a bit of a give away!
Know for sure that Parking Companies trawl these forums and have in the past used posts to strengthen their case!2 -

Hi Coupon-mad, the date of sending this notice is 30th July. PCN date of incident - 20th July. I received it on 9th August. I think I should appeal today because if we are counting from the date of notice, 14 days have already passed. Should I ask for footage/photos because there is nothing on their website? I have also attached the back of the notice.0
